Definitely understandable, it would be godmoding to ask to have them right away. Also, since they are given to the character individually they could be echo'd individually (a la 1Up Mushrooms). They're likely to add up quickly though, so I'd avoid them unless I've got nothing better to give her. Or, better yet, be told by the mods when it's alright to echo a life?
