Specifically, one Echo wouldn't be enough to grant such a high skill level with a weapon type Prussia has never used before. Competence/moderate-to-good skill would be acceptable, but not expertise.

In addition, we'd like to get a better idea of how exactly Prussia the egregore is tied to Prussian culture. Would her powers be linked to Locke City-Earth's Europe, or the population of the alternate Earth she came from?
