Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

What is returned: Conditional immortality, if that's permitted (and if that's big enough to require a tier 2 echo I'm fine with that too). Vriska was sort-of-immortal in canon - she could be killed, but as long as the circumstances of her death weren't deemed heroic or justified then she would be revived within a short space of time.
Assuming this is approved, Tavia will have no idea that her immortality is now An Actual Thing or about the conditions placed on it. >83

What is returned: His superhero outfit in ghost form. (IS IT SPANDEX? IS IT PVC??? WE JUST DON'T KNOW.) It will actually be incorporated into his subconscious mental image of himself, so that as per his ghost biology echo earlier, any attempt to take it off or get rid of it will result to it simply reappearing on his body as the 'default' setting after a period of unconsciousness.

What is returned: The memory of planning and then leading a prison break with a bunch of other prisoners (who all look Pretty Weird).

What is returned:
Item: His personal copy of the Book of Alm, the holy text of Alm's church. There's nothing special about it, it's just a religious text like the Bible or the Vedas. It is a potential source of future echoes, but mostly of the memory variety and I intend to space them out since he won't be reading it all at once.

It is, notably, not in any Earth language.

Mental: Which brings us to part 2! They don't speak English in Threa. They speak Threan. Ravi will regain his preincarnation's linguistic understanding, allowing him to understand/speak/read/write Threan with native fluency. So he will actually be able to read that Book of Alm!

What is returned:
Mental/Knowledge: The acronym NEXT and what it stands for (Noted Entity with eXtraordinary Talent, aka "people with superpowers").

Power: The strange ability to glow bright blue for about 30 seconds, with a one-hour cooldown. Nothing else yet, just suddenly human night-light. He doesn't have much control over when this happens yet, so there'll be moments where he'll just light up without meaning to.

Reason for Echo: Canon recurrence, in this log, he's going to be fighting werewolves in his crazed bugmonster form, similar to fighting the Wolf Undead in the Battle Royale in that same form with the same battle-hungry instincts ten thousand years ago.
Type and tier: Tier 1, item.
What is returned: His Category Jack Rouse Card, the Fusion Wolf. Using the card will allow him to assume the form of the Wolf Undead. Using it during a fight will also be "safer" than fighting as his natural bugmonster self; it will help keep the monster instincts at bay but not do a perfect job of it.

Reason for Echo: Shiro mentioning blue blood, sharp teeth and insatiable hunger all in the same sentence.

What is returned: Tavia already has vague memories of spidermom, who had blue blood and was pretty chompy. This will prompt her to remember more - specifically, that Spidermom was constantly hungry and Vriska had to use her mind control powers to keep her supplied with a steady diet of other children.

Reason for Echo: To Kallie's surprise, she runs across Sierra not just talking to someone on the network, but describing a memory with her in it- here.

What is returned: The symbol of Etro, as well as a strange sense that it's associated with gates or portals or things of that nature. (Etro was the goddess Lightning was serving, and who maintained the magic gate between the world of the living and dead. It's also Etro's influence that allows people like Serah and Noel to use time gates and such. The symbol itself is hard to get a good pic of, but it appears briefly right before Lightning materializes in the scene Sierra remembers.)
