Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Reason for Echo: Encountering the Blood Keys; he'll be compliant at first, but when they try to take his 'lucky charm' - read, cyber key - bad shit will happen.
Type and tier: Lvl 2; Memory/Power
What is returned: CANONICALLY you shouted 'CYBER KEY POWER' and the Cyber Key fell from the sky and powered you up; in Vector Prime's case, it gave him a powerful forcefield that he could then release as an energy burst. Because this is not quite Transformers Anime and he already has the key, he'll simply remember the command phrase, and, well, say it.
This will allow him to unlock the, well, Cyber Key Power. A green forcefield that's not quite impenetrable but still able to take a thug's knife and/or gun without issue, which will then explode; HOWEVER it won't be a powerful explosion. We're talking knockback/knock people off their feet, no real damage/etc. (Think 'Fus' in 'Fus Ro Dah').
TL;DR HE GETS A SHIELD AND A MINISPLOSION THAT WILL ENABLE HIM TO GTFAWAY FROM THE GANG MEMBER

What is returned: One of his preincarnation's good friends was an elf who looked 12 but was actually more like a hundred, and he had major issues with people not taking him seriously due to his apparent age. SOUND LIKE ANYONE YOU KNOW?

So yeah dealing with Toushirou will cause him to remember Rafsjalel "Joel" Ahmnratasa, the elven priest with the same issues about ageism.


Reason for Echo: December 1st, while returning to the city after a holiday out of town, Alex's vampire hunger kicks in when they cross the echo border and Ravi volunteers his own blood for the cause.
Type and tier: Memory | Tier 1
What is returned: Memories of himself bottling his own blood for Alex to use later. This is like super gross you guys I'm sorry.


Reason for Echo: Sneakily healing folks in the hospital after the earthquake. Obviously he has never used his healing magic in a structured environment or large-scale emergency yet, but his preincarnation did it rather often.
Type and tier: Ability | Tier 1
What is returned: Knowledge of how to heal deep-tissue damage. (He's got flesh wounds and blood loss rn.) That includes organ damage but every organ requires a slightly different technique so there will be a bit of a learning curve involved.

What is returned: Kingdom Hearts has talking animals. Donald Duck and Goofy (whatever he really is) are main characters. No one ever seems to think it's weird that HEY THESE ARE TALKING ANIMALS!!!! So, that'll be what's returned: the indifference to talking animals.

These are actually saved up from my post last week + the earthquake yesterday.

For the fight with Kanti he'll be fighting against an opponent that has an advantage over him and realize he needs more power than he possesses normally to be on a level playing field because he's just an average joe; this is also to be the reason the characters use exspheres in the games and Zelos agrees with the Sylvarant party when they fill him in on things that exspheres are necessary to grant them the strength to fight. That said he doesn't have a keycrest, memories of what exphseres are/do, multiple techs or any of his artes and aionis (all things the expshere affects) so it's not going to do him much good. If he put it on at most it'd up his reflexes a little and suck out his soul double fast with his Cruxis Crystal haha...hah... Not fun.

Sorry, I didn't make that clear. The first time in canon after he arrives on Earth that he really uses any intense magic was after an earthquake trapped him and the hero of light in a collapsed shopping mall. He was the only person to come out of it with no injuries, because of all the frightened people around giving him the power to shrug it all off.

Reason for Echo: Canon recurrence: the populace of Locke all up in a tizzy after an unusual occurrence that caused many deaths and injuries paralleling the populace of Tyrol all up in a tizzy after a "god" suddenly attacked the Golden Hour and killed and injured a whole lot of people.
Type and tier: Mental, tier 1.
What is returned: The memory of returning to Tyrol in the aftermath of Cita's attack and turning Rayna into a vampire because she was dying.
