Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Reason for Echo: John gets his hands on a rifle while out at the shooting range with Alex.
What is returned: He regains his ability to use a rifle, based off of the skills he learned as a soldier in WWI. He's not a super-amazing super-shot sniper, but he'll be good enough to pose a threat if he's armed.

What is returned: Mindfang's journal, which is basically mind control porn. I hate Mindfang's life and her choices, too (I'm hoping Octavia can get the whole book, but if not then just the awful porny pages will do).

What is returned: A memory that this is not the first time he's been exceedingly unenthusiastic by mind control revelations and their applications. He will only recall that he was arguing with someone who may have looked vaguely like Tavia (as well as someone else chiming in, but he won't get anything else on them), and the following bit:

JOHN: wait, you're mind controlling all those ghosts?
VRISKA: No!
VRISKA: Well, not all of them.
VRISKA: Once you group enough together, others tend to latch on to the mo8 out of curiosity. We trolls have a way of clustering together naturally.
VRISKA: You've got to understand, John. Most of these people are pretty self a8sor8ed. They just needed a little 8it of persuasion to join the cause.

What is returned: The memory of being eaten by a Titan. He won't get the full circumstances (saving Armin from being eaten), just the moment of his arm getting bitten of and being swallowed alive.

What is returned: A vague recollection of this conversation. No clue who he's talking to or even what the hell is going on, but the dickprince insult definitely sticks out.

What is returned: The sense of having known someone before who also had blue hair. This dude. She wouldn't remember what he looked like, though, or anything about him. Just that a blue-haired person once existed, and she knew them.

What is returned: The habit of referring to, mostly, minor irritating or inconvenient things as "a pain".

What is returned: Yeah no she was totally a titan. She will now remember this tiny snippet - a girl addressing her as the "female type titan" and threatening to cut her to pieces.

Reason for Echo: This conversation with Ellie, where she flat-out told him titans have the same powers as he does.
What is returned: The memory of being squashed in the Female Titan's (Annie's) hand, breaking free and healing himself (like a titan, with lots of steam) as he escaped. He'll also remember writing something in her palm, though he won't know what and why.
