Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

What is returned: John's Hammerkind Strife Specibi, which is just a fancy way of saying 'combat affinity with hammers of all shapes and sizes'. He won't know any fancy tricks, but he'll know how to use them as a weapon.

What is returned: A feeling kinship with Bertholdt, like he's the only one who could understand him (though the specific memory I'm thinking is one where Ryan says they're "mass-murderers, who else could understand!??" but... Ryan won't remember that part.)

What is returned: Stupid text styles are dumb and lame, so she'll mostly type as normal. But she'll regain her old self's tendency to start adding a mess of eights into her text when she gets especially flustered or angry!

I figure each of these should count as a separate Echo,but if they don't count separately, then I'll just take the colony memory.

What is returned: Bertholdt will find his Scouting Legion cloak when he gets home from the park. He won't know what it is or why it's there, just that it's familiar.

Reason for Echo: Ryan getting him too worked up and embarrassed in this thread.
What is returned: Due to Bertholdt's high body temperature and the fact he sweats so much, in my headcanon he's able to expel the sweat off his skin into steam when flustered enough, through embarrassment or arousal or whatever. Kind of like a cartoon, his steam just sort of rolls off his skin for a brief moment. It's not boiling hot like regular Titan steam, but it does make the air around him very warm.

What is returned: She'll feel super familiar to him, like a vaguely remembered childhood friend. He'll also guess that 'Ellie' isn't her first name, but that it "probably starts with A."

Before we formally stamp approval, to clarify, would the context of their mention in the conversation be where the impression that Pokémon are a type of wildlife ties into the single Echo?

In Roxy's old home, she often experimented with the science of ectobiology, which involves cloning with genetic samples collected through time travel. Errors in this process resulted in her owning several mutated cats. Dirk(DJ) was from this same future, and was a close friend of Roxy.

While I have you here, I'd like to clarify something: does an Echo returned by a canon recurrence have to be directly related to the recurrence, or not? I've been a tad unclear on this since I apped Roxy.

Reason for Echo: Parallel -- going to Tamara's meeting at Emmanuel's church and running into Reilanin. This parallels Alex and Rei going to Tyrol's church for an organization they had pledged themselves to. Specifically, Alex and Rei had chatted outside of the church because Alex couldn't step on consecrated grounds.
What is returned: The memory of chatting with Reilanin outside of the church while most of the organization sat inside.
