Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Reason for Echo: Neku's post, belatedly, after Raimu drinks a glass of water.
What is returned: A memory of having someone push them, then get hit by a car, killing them instantly. They won't remember who pushed them, or what happens afterwards.

Reason for Echo: This part specifically as he's starting to feel stupid for even entertaining the idea as long as he's had. It more or less mirrors canon where at one point Natsuno thinks he is being stupid for actually believing that a vampire killed his best friend.
What is returned: The memory of himself asking this and a vague recollection of asking Toshiro if Megumi was truly dead. This was the memory he was dwelling on at the time of believing he was stupid. He will remember asking the question of if it was possible for Megumi to come back to life and Toshiro laughing, more specifically.



Reason for Echo: Talking to Karson about insomnia... Yes, in fact Natsuno did suffer from insomnia in canon due to Megumi stalking and HE ALWAYS KNEW WHEN SHE WAS THERE.
What is returned: Vague recollection of yes, this was an issue before. Why? He has no idea.

Reason for Echo: Bertl's steaming during their not!date
What is returned: The feeling that he's known Bertholdt for most of his life.

Reason for Echo: Ellie mentioning she was the "female type-titan" who crushed him in his memory.
What is returned: Oddly enough, more fondness for Annie, and a sense that the extent of their friendship was a secret. (This is headcanon, as it's shown that the three were likely childhood friends, but due to their "mission," they didn't hang out much in their trainee days.)

Reason for Echo: Seeing Alan's sweet Survey Corps jacket.
What is returned: A jacket of his own! It's not really Ryan's style, but he'll recognize the symbol from some of his previous echoes. Maybe also that the symbol on it belongs to the "Survey Corps," though he won't remember what that is exactly. (Second bit is optional though, if it's too much, just the jacket itself is fine.)

Reason for Echo: Alan mentioning he lost a bunch of his limbs, but they were gonna grow back.
What is returned: Power upgrade! Ryan would regain the ability to heal larger wounds, and faster (no regrowing limbs yet though.) He probably won't find this out until later, anyway.

What is returned: The fact that that speech Reiner told Eren (a previous echo) was told to Eren. So it would kind of just un-blur the memory.

What is returned: A vague memory of people dressed in black carrying swords leading the souls of the dead to the afterlife, and the inherent wrongness of people coming back to life in the context of how the afterlife works in Bleachland.

What is returned: The canon memory of buying Monroe an expensive bottle of wine in return for doing some snooping

Reason for Echo: Talking to Miles about his magic water abilities.
What is returned: She knew a girl with magic water abilities! Katara. Katara was the first waterbender Toph had ever met, given most were wiped out/in the North Pole, and this is the first magic water person Sophie's met. She'd only get Katara's name/possibly friendly feelings.

Reason for Echo: This thread where Ravi affectionately calls Alex an idiot during a joking conversation about Ravi (not) being handsome. It's the topic + word use that creates the canon parallel.
What is returned: The knowledge that he used to call Alex an idiot as a term of endearment pretty regularly and in a maybe more-than-friendly way
