Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

I think it counts as tier 2 because the outfit is an item and the ability to change into it is...attached...I'm not sure okay.

What is returned:

A) The transformation ability that she remembered having in an earlier echo is now a thing she can actually do. Yes, Kari is now a magical girl. She can only access her first form, which is less resilient than her second (and, when she starts remembering songs, she'll only be able to sing the lower-level ones to their full ability). Even her pearl "transforms", embedding itself into a microphone (E-pitch).

B) The ability to sing to cast magic. This is usually attacking someone by making their ears hurt or trying to reach their heart all mahou-shoujo-healing-wise, and right now, that is all she can use it for; as of yet, she will not be able to heal/shield herself/shield others/crack walls/light candles/whatever the writing staff wants. She doesn't know any of the songs she received from Aqua Regina, so while she'd be able to sing anything she does know, it would be at the weakest level of effectiveness (songs from the goddess are stronger than, say, singing the alphabet or something). She also will not know that she's supposed to sing to fight, so that'll be fun.

A) A bunch of bottles of holy water. They're round, glass, small enough to be held in one hand, and topped with a metal cross.

B) When she throws one and the glass breaks, the water will burst into blue holy flame for a few seconds before going out. This will damage demons and "evil"-aligned creatures -- fun times!

PT 1: the knowledge of how to use his magic to repair flesh wounds (using this definition of what constitutes a flesh wound). Limited to minor/moderate wounds (if it just needs a few stitches he can handle it, anything more serious than that and he can't quite manage at his current magical capacity).

PT 2: ditto for blood-loss. Also limited by his magical capacity, so I'd say max atm of about 2 pints (roughly 20% of average adult blood volume, enough to make a difference between life and death but not enough to save a serious hypovolemia case by itself).

NOT REGAINED: being good enough at this to do it w/o scarring. that'll come back with practice or a future echo.

For Cain, would that second one be replacing his entire human body all at once? That's a pretty drastic change, so if so, it might be better if you use your tier 2 Echo for that, with maybe even another Echo before it building up to it.

I'd like to change Cain's plot echoes to his laptop and his Enetron tank backpack respectively, if that's acceptable? The tank can be empty and the laptop will be weird but not particularly useful to him until later Echoes.

Reason for Echo: Listening to the Hope Rides Alone record, which is a massive canon recurrence, as it discusses the night he was completed and sent out to his death in great detail--events integral to his arc and to the canon itself.
Type and tier: Memory/physical, tier 2
What is returned: The memory of the places and events the song is about, including his own death.

I'd also like to give him his mechanical skeleton through the rest of his body. At this stage, it will effectively work as a strengthened version of his human one, bonded to his muscles, teeth, etc.

If I had to choose just one, the second one. It's just that the conversation touched on both aspects at once, so I put two for one conversation. I'm fine with just one, though!

It's not so much just a part of the conversation as it is all of it. Akagi's encyclopedic knowledge means he knows about Calista's life as Escape, and that's what they were talking about. More importantly, the conversation centered on Enter's god complex, and hoe he killed Escape, which would be what the second one there is about. He mentioned it starting here
