Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Reason for Echo: ALL A DA LIGHTS
Type and tier: Tier 2! A long old memory.
What is returned: She now remembers delivering a wizened old mouse wearing a habit to a ship's cabin. full text here! Since this is a long, detailed memory full of names and faces, I figured this should be a Tier 2. If this isn't quite enough for a Tier 2, can she have her sword fighting ability back? It's not as though she can stay up on her hind legs, nor does she have opposable thumbs, nor does she have a sword, but the ability can be there.

Reason for Echo: We've got multiple people talking about seafaring shit on her post. Something's gonna have to ping.
Type and tier: Tier 1! A memory.
What is returned: A memory of her on a ship leading a bunch of rowing crewbeasts in the middle of an icy ocean. full text here!

Character: Azure / Mezool

Reason for Echo: ALL A DA LIGHTS
Type and tier: Tier 2! A physical change and a new ability.
What is returned: Her left hand is now made of of medals. Specifically, it's made up of a mass of silver Cell medals, and among those medals is a Core medal. Losing a Cell medal will sting a bit, but cause very little damage; losing her Core medal is painful and will cause her hand to shatter into its component Cell medal parts, leaving a stump. On the bright side, though, since it's made of metal, the hand is very sturdy and she could probably give someone a moderate injury with it if she gave them a good punch. The ability related to the hand is shapeshifting; that hand has a default monster form, but she can transform its appearance so it looks like a regular hand again. No other forms yet!

As a side effect of the return of one of her core medals, her eyes glow blue whenever she uses one of her powers. I hope this is all right? It's purely aesthetic and will hopefully encourage her to keep her powers on the downlow.

Reason for Echo: She has now visited the Tuning Towers. :D
Type and tier: Tier 1, an ability upgrade.
What is returned: Her water powers are now stronger! She can now easily manipulate enough water to fill a kiddy pool. She can also materialize small droplets of water, no more than a teaspoon at a time.

What is returned: His hair now spikes on his own and is basically waterproof. My laughs are many and deeply rumbling.

Reason for Echo: All of this talk about killing giants + his previous memories of monsters = ....

What is returned: A memory of being on a bright, stained glass platform. He sees his shadow rise from the ground! Also there's a disembodied voice telling him to not be afraid but FUUUCK THAT. He runs away from it, but the edge of the platform drops off sharply. He turns around... and sees this sumbitch. full scene here!

Reason for Echo: He's made a trip to the Tuning Towers!
Type and tier: Tier 2! An ability and a creature.
What is returned: On the way back home from the towers, a very strange dog cat thing will be following him. It can't do anything but follow him and look cute. Actually, since it's a dream (a literal... dream...), it's basically intangible to everything but, uh, copious amount of pettings and scritches. It can also eat! But it can't go through walls or anything. Any time it tries to attack someone, it'll just pass right through. No attacks, no powers. Just weird doge. Dreams can be selective like that.

ALSO SKYLER HAS A DEPOWERED VERSION OF SPARK YEAH!! He can charge his hand with light and punch someone with it for extra oomph. Or use it as a nightlight. This is not the full Spark spell, much less Sparkga - those are WAY more powerful. This spell is first available to Sora in the dreamworlds where he first met Meow Wow, so I thought it'd be appropriate.

What is returned: He remembers that silver haired douchebag from one of his echoes wearing a VERY EVIL BODYSUIT turning an entire area dark and phasing in and out of the walls, flying STRAIGHT AT HIM. Yes, he remembers Dark Aura. IT SUCKSSSSSS. (also what is that thing he is holding WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT A GIANT KEY)

Reason for Echo: He'll be visiting the Towers
Type and tier: Item and Ability, Tier 2
What is returned: Mort will regain a single Cell Medal and Dr. Maki's Greeed ability to create Yummies from items representing an end desire. For example, at one point, Maki uses the candle he used to murder his sister to create one. Something like, say, a tennis racket that belonged to someone who had given up on the sport or an engagement ring from a broken-off engagement would have the same effect. In order to create a Yummy, a Cell Medal must be used.

Because he only possesses two Core Medals, the Yummy won't be functioning at 100%. It won't, for example, generate even more Cell Medals like a normal Yummy, and it will be much weaker physically. Basically, this is designed to get him one really good moment of "AW CRAP I MADE A MONSTER, HALP." Future Echoes would get him more of his Cores back and would allow him to create stronger Yummies as long as he had Cell Medals...not that he would want to do this without some serious convincing or some personality Echoes.

Reason for Echo: This conversation with Bakura.
Type and tier: Memory, Tier 1
What is returned: Memory of a time where he was in his lab, talking to his doll about wanting to catch a glimpse of something called the Medal Vessel...and then a young man he will remember as being not normal somehow enters the office and offers to make a deal with him in order to bring this about.
