As discussed, Echoes don't operate on a sort of "burst" system, so this will need to be revised as well.

I would suggest either taking ONE significant memory of flying without a plane, or improved understanding of aircraft controls. If you pick the second, it will need to be nerfed down slightly (say, from "intense military training" to "fairly experienced ensign" territory).
