Player: Airdra Character: Hajime Aikawa Reason for Echo: He and Shou are going to be running into some Blood Keys. There will be a fight. Type and tier: Item/Ability, Tier 2 What is returned: The first part of Hajime's Echo is his Category Ace card, the Change Mantis. This card's effect on him will be twofold: it allows him to assume the form of the Mantis Undead, which is what he did in canon to fight as Kamen Rider Chalice, and it also serves as the other half of what keeps Joker's instincts in check. Since Hajime only experienced a partial regain of Joker's instincts, this should be enough that he won't have to worry about going crazy bugmonster like he's been.
The second part of the Echo is his motorcycle. StE Hajime drives a 2004 model Honda XR250 motorcycle. Since this is 2013 and not the 2004 of his canon, this bike is sort of worn in places, despite Hajime's best attempts to care for the engine as best he can. It is also blue. It will be replaced by canon Hajime's Honda XR250, which will not be as worn and also have a red paint job. At first, Hajime will assume that the paint is the only thing that's changed, even if it's running as though it were much newer. (That is clearly the result of his skills as a mechanic.)
If Hajime transforms into Chalice, his motorcycle will turn into Chalice's motorcycle. This will give the motorcycle more durability and make it compatible with any Rouse Cards Hajime may use with it...not that he has any useful cards or even knows that this is a possibility. He needs to be able to see the bike when this happens. Range is never really brought up in canon, but it's not doing it in a parking garage somewhere if he's transforming inside the mall, that sort of thing.
