Reason for Echo:Encounter with Skylar, a Blood Key at the shopping mall. Type and tier: Tier 1, Power/Ability. What is returned: His ability to transmute objects/things into other objects/things. Meaning he would be able to turn objects/things into other objects/things, but for the game it would be triggered accidentally any time his emotions are heightened or he is distressed. So it wouldn't be very useful yet.
