Also an underlayer of metal. Long version; a while ago, Elian had some tattoo-like lines appearing on his back. Well, now they're going to be spreading across the entirety of his body below the neck; underneath the skin, around the dermal layer, there'll also be a change as it starts to harden and begin its transformation in to a more metallic substance. While this won't directly affect his muscles, it will have the side effect of making him more durable and, well, a bit stronger. He won't exactly be throwing cars around, but he will basically have a body that's about as tough as it was in its 20-30ss...even if it still looks its age.
I'm considering this a tier 2 because it seems like a 'big' change at once; while his precarnation was still, well, Old Robot, even an Old Robot strength strikes me as more than a Normal Person, and especially Old Man strength.
