Since Ivy's vampire condition only happens at the end of the last novel, I went back to check how fast other vampires seem to heal, specifically Lord Akeldama. It looks like deep wounds can be healed in a matter of hours or less, provided one has ingested enough blood previously. Of course, Akeldama is a very old vampire, so it might make sense that Ivy wouldn't be able to do it as well as him.
What about it taking her a full day minimum to recover from anything like a deep cut or worse? Since she hasn't gotten to the eating people part, she can't actually make it go any faster. And wood-caused injuries heal as slowly as with a human or slower.
(Or since I don't have tier two, would it make sense to combine this with the PP vampires wood weakness?)
