Yep, that works! You could also say some of the more casual functions come with it, like the condiment dispenser, loudspeakers, and opening the exterior doors. The other functions (invisibility, chameleon circuit, power other devices, and others like that) can be Echoed back individually or bundled into another tier 2 Echo. (Traveling through time and space will still probably be unavailable, but again, we'll let you know if/when that changes.)
