This would have no effect on his general or specific health, except insofar as he'd have a young person's immune system and sturdiness for longer (and then an old person's immune system and sturdiness for longer, assuming he doesn't die/lose all Echoes before then). I could probably come up with a number for the reduction if you want, but I doubt it'll ever be relevant.
(Because I seriously doubt I'll ever be able to do this one by canon parallel, and why not get some no-obvious-effect Echoes in early?)
