Under conditions of retconning the learnt basics of Starscream's chemistry knowledge so that her hearing the Sage speak provided an Echo to convert her arms into roboticized ones and the biting by the bats induce a second Echo that equip those arms with their laser cannons, Echo approved with apologies for both the wait and all of those superfluous preceding words!
