I'm a bit confused, is this not close enough, or do I just have too many?

I ask mostly because I held off on it since I knew it would have been denied then, would have been a second canon recurrence for the same thread, not exactly close enough, and also would have been too many at the time and I want to be sure that when I resubmit that it's not an almost guaranteed denial.
