Very short duration [like.. maybe 2 min max.] It requires Diabound summoned (since he's the one allowing Bakura to be invisible) and doesn't render him undetectable or anything either, so say, Lyall would be able to tell he was there via smell and probably Julian as well because of his crazy eyes.
If this is too much, than just Diabound being invisible is fine.
