The original Isaka's telekinesis and trench coat do not appear to have any direct connection in themselves - though do let us know if there is a moment or other detail in canon that does bind them or actively call attention to the two of them together - and so preference for one of the other combined with an alternative for his Tier 2 would be preferable (for example, both telekinesis and some knowledge of how to properly use it or the trench coat and something else aesthetic)!

Additionally for certainty's sake, if you'll be going for the telekinesis, about how much will he be capable of with it?
