As for what he can do with it, to copy from his application, "He can levitate objects, grasp and crush things, levitate himself, and fire off bursts of extremely powerful telekinetic force." I'd be happy to dial back the force from "extremely powerful" to at least regular powerful, possibly enough to put dents in concrete or metal. An additional powering up of the telekinesis could be a later echo.
