It can allow her to extend an energy blade from its tip, fire off her Dark Forte Wave attack, and her Dark Power Fortissimo attack.
The echo will not come with the knowledge of how to use these attacks, but she did use both in a scene that was part of a previously approved memory echo, meaning she knows they exist and can activate them via phrase. It can also direct and fire energy, but much like Lily, she won't intrinsically know this and will most likely stumble upon it accidentally as it's related to her already approved ability to fire dark energy blasts.
Unlike Lily, Jasmine cannot dispel her Dark Tact, as she does not transform or have the brooch Dark Precure uses to put the Tact in and out of sight, meaning she has to carry it around with her.
