Sorry for the late response! Unfortunately canon is very vague about that detail. What we do know is Kaworu has the strongest AT Field of any of the angels, and thus is probably capable of spanning a particularly large one, but because AT Fields are personal protection barriers it probably wouldn't span more than a few yards.
