Hmmm there is (at least) one scene in canon where he introduces himself as the Doctor and he gets asked what kind of doctor he is.

The scene I'm thinking of now it's a woman that starts listing a bunch if occupations like law, philosophy and science. Would Thorir asking if it implies medical profession be similar enough to that for an Echo, do you think? :|a
