Then for the second Echo, the only magic returned for now is the ability to channel Emil/Hamel's power into magical music more effctively then other instrumetns (which is what it was created for in the first place). The joke additions that turn it into a weapon of mass destruction would come later and then he will blow up a hole in his room by mistake
