Character: Wheatley Reason for Echo: Vegas lights on the news! Type and tier: Tier 1, Ability What is returned: Computer brain! He won't actually notice that anything is different, and it will, for the most part, function exactly like a normal brain. Human brain function is intact FOR NOW (and will become more locked in by programming in subsequent echoes), it's just made of code and HIGHLY ADVANCED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ALGORITHMS now, which you could see (and possibly mess with) if you HMMMMMmmm HAD A WAY TO PLUG HIM INTO A COMPUTER OR SOMETHING.....
Character: Wheatley Reason for Echo: Monster encounter after the 29th Type and tier: Tier 2, Physical/Ability What is returned: His plug, which shows up on his back, and the ability to interface with mechanical systems should he be plugged into to them. The degree of control he gains is limited by the system itself--i.e. if he's plugged into the controls for an elevator he would only be able to move the elevator. Which leads tooooo problems and limitations! He's going to have no idea how to actually use the ability, and also that the plug socket is Aperture technology and it's going to be a pain to find or rig up a compatible cable.
