Reason for Echo: Seeing Avalon! Since Avalon is a major artifact that kind of stands out, especially for Arthur, the sight of it alone should be enough for an echo. It's considered his most important weapon, especially by him. Type and tier: Tier 1??? Item Enhancement. Not sure if this echo + the above should be a Tier 2 instead of two Tier 1's, but I figured a plot echo had to be separate or something. Correct me if I'm wrong, pls. Also, ilu What is returned: Avalon's magical power. Avalon does two things--it passively heals the holder of any injury they receive and in Arthur's hands, it can create an impenetrable barrier to shield the user from any attack.
Arthur wouldn't need any education on how to be healed by the scabbard, but he would definitely need one more echo to know how to use its barrier unless he messed around with the scabbard a lot.
