This just gives her back the ability to transform it when she actually echoes back her only canonical dose of said drug).
Part 2: Her Armed Gear of her Symphogear, which is a closed metallic fan that can be used to strike her opponents with it. She needs to be transformed to use it, and it can take on alternate forms, but with this echo she only gets back the fan in it's closed form.
They're both related by being basic aspects of being a Symphogear user.
