Oh! I hadn't realized the refined shell tier 2 worked that way. In that case, yeah, I think I'll bump it up to a tier 2 and let it keep the chameleon circuit (mostly because the image of Emil's confusion at it suddenly not being a clock if it should happen to go/be taken anywhere else is too good to pass up).
