Multiple Echoes

Player: Nick
Character: Harry Lyre
Reason for Echo: Running into a Vermedi/mutated mafia (TBD) with Sheila in an upcoming thread.
Type and tier: Ability. Tier 1
What is returned: His magic, all of it. HOWEVER, magic and the knowledge of how to wield it is not a package deal. In his universe the key to real power is not so much how much you can do but what you can do and with this Echo Harry will be able to do a whole lot of nothing much. Except blow stuff up and give himself a splitting headache. Which is what is probably going to happen.

Player: Nick
Character: Harry Lyre
Reason for Echo: Blowing himself up with his first attempt at magic use.
Type and tier: Item. Tier 1
What is returned: A copy of "Elementary Magic." Elementary Magic is essentially baby's first magic book, and typically the first thing apprentice wizards are given to study. Written textbook style, it details the mechanics of manipulating energy but doesn't include any big or significant spells and stresses the need for control and responsibility. This book will appear after Harry spends a day or so sleeping off his magic-induced migraine.

If preferred I can combine these two as his October Tier 2 Echo.

Player: Nick.
Character: Harry Lyre once again
Reason for Echo: The light erupting in Germany.
Type and tier: "Item." Tier 2.
What is returned: HIS DOG! Mouse is a Tibetan temple dog, a breed specially bred as guardians and protectors, with innate magic of their own. Mouse is a massive furry monster, affectionately dubbed a dogosaurus rex, and is roughly four feet tall at the shoulder and approaches a full seven feet if he jumps up on his hind legs. He's also in possession of pretty much human intelligence and can bark a deafening "Warning bark" that lets everyone who hears it know danger is near on an instinctual level.

Despite his size and immense strength, Mouse is a sweetie pie suckface and likely won't behave as anything other than a regular dog until such time as circumstances force him to spring into action.

The second part of the Echo would be knowing that Mouse was his dog so Harry won't flip his lid when he wakes up to find a panting furrbeast staring at him from the foot of his bed.
