I *believe* this would be considered a Plot Echo, but the fact that it's similar to his canon I think might cause it on its own were it not? Type and tier: POWER - Tier 2 What is returned: Creating and using spacebridges. Canonically, Vector Prime can open portals through space with the aid of his sword, crossing great distances in short walks. He could also hold these open for others to go through, but the longer he held open the portal, the more taxing it was on him. Elian will be able to do the same - again, with the aid of his sword, which may be a difficulty on its own because he can't just walk around with the damn thing 24/7 - but he will be limited to within Echo Boundaries...and at least a bit of familiarity with the area. He can't just open it blindly; he'll need to have been there before, and/or a visual (ex a video through the network) in order to 'find' the place before spacebridging. Attempting to open a spacebridge to an area outside of a boundary will result in an open spacebridge...but no exit point. A dead end, so to speak. As spacebridges usually come with a clear 'road', it'll become clear that it's not going to take anyone anywhere except back the way they came.
On a scientific note, this isn't so much traversing through another dimension as cutting/finding a path between two points and going through *that*.
