Reason for Echo: Tokyo pink lights Type and tier: Tier 2; memory What is returned: Two memories. In the first one, Rakka was talking on a bridge with two other Haibane. There, she learned about her friend, Reki's history. How she came to be, her mentor, her sinbound wings, everything.
In the second memory, Rakka is at her "job", only to learn from the Toga that Reki will be taking her day of flight soon. Though, as a sinbound, that will not be possible. She ends up breaking down in tears.
