She certainly feels attached to Emilia as she associates Emilia with her precarnation. She also calls Emilia a friend. She's been frightened by a lot of things and appreciates Emilia walking her through a lot of whats happening because she needed help (regardless of Emilia's personal intention.) Celine's core personality puts a deep value on loyalty aswell.
