Second echo - I can approve this as spoken (speaking & understanding) only (mostly because we've been inconsistent in the past so now I'll go with the more player friendly interpretation of regaining languages that puts speaking & understanding the spoken word as one echo). She will neither be able to read nor write it. If that is okay with you, the echo is approved.
