The Death Note will, as she receives it, have no powers. Powers will have to be regained as follows: 1 Tier: Basic heart attacks + 1 Tier: Time control + 1 Tier: Control of type of death + 1 Tier: Control of victims in the timely surroundings of death. (if you wish too, these can be summed up in two Tier 2 echoes.)
General rule: Every single kill will have to be threaded out (distance kills during which she is alone in the room should exist as a part of a larger log/post that they are incorporated into). Special rules: PCs can only be killed with permission, and their deaths will be permanent unless they are unable to be killed (see permadeath rules). Named mod-controlled NPCs cannot be killed unless mod permission has been obtained, NPCs that are controlled by another player need the permission from that player (=someone's family member, etc).
