Second Location - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
INTRODUCTION
On the morning of March 23, 2014, a pink light shot up from the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, USA. Its rise was just a little over a week from the anniversary of the first pink light from Locke City.
From Wikipedia:
Most of the Strip has been designated an All-American Road,[2][3] and is considered a scenic route at night.[4] Many of the largest hotel, casino, and resort properties in the world are located on the Las Vegas Strip. Fifteen of the world's 25 largest hotels by room count are on the Strip, with a total of over 62,000 rooms.
One of the most visible aspects of Las Vegas' cityscape is its use of dramatic architecture. The modernization of hotels, casinos, restaurants, and residential high-rises on the Strip has established the city as one of the most popular destinations for tourists.[5]
The event made national headlines. Some wonder if the pink light was a publicity stunt for the tourist destination. Others compare it to the pink light of April 1, 2013 and think they’re related. Still others think the pink light is related to the new batch of ‘super-powered people’ that made themselves public during the destruction of Locke City’s Business District on March 23, 2014, by a huge rock-like snake.
The FBI, who is currently investigating said incident, certainly thinks so.
BASIC INFORMATION
The new area covers approximately 6 to 7 miles/9 to 11 kilometers length-wise and is roughly in the shape of an L. It is bordered by the following: Sahara Ave., Las Vegas Fwy., Paradise Rd., and Sunset Rd. A visual representation of the Echo boundary is located here. For more information on the locations found within this area, you can go to Google Maps, type “Las Vegas Strip, NV”, and zoom in.
Please use the establishments that are already located in the area. Players may make up general stores, but please do not make up new hotels, casinos, and other establishments of similar scale.
As of March 9th, 2014, after Wise Snake’s defeat, the effects of leaving an Echo boundary have changed. Please read more about it here.
One of the many normal folk enamored by the existence of the reincarnates is Petunia Bonbright, hotel manager of Marriott’s Grand Chateau right off The Strip. After the pink light shot up from Vegas, Bonbright sent out a public message on the internet saying she’d set aside a few villas for the reincarnates to stay in if they decide to visit, free of charge. The invitation was briefly covered by national news, too.
The catch? Reincarnates need to prove they’re actually a super-powered person to either Bonbright or her secretary, Emily Thompson.
We will start with one 2-bedroom villa and add a total of two more villas if necessary.

While shelter is provided, characters still need to book their flights, manage vacation time, and anything else that comes with leaving their obligations in Locke City behind.
Don't forget! State law dictates you must be 21 years or older to gamble.
Additionally, reincarnates with especially flashy powers may be approached by various hotels with performances to guest star in existing shows or put on a show of their own! Reincarnates under 18 require their parent’s permission. Alternatively, they can put on street shows!
Speaking of streets, on March 24th, little hairy monsters will begin popping up along The Strip. Yep, you guessed it – they’re Vermini. Just as the Vermini in Locke City, the regular, non-reincarnate populace of Las Vegas don't seem to notice them. The Vermini scurry away from reincarnates.
