Wonderful - if the way it occurs in canon is, then, something along the lines of each new Glen being born with a new persona sort of layered on top of the previous one(s) while still retaining his own personality, then indeed, it should be possible for Akira to "hear" his predecessors as well as Leo after an Echo grants his character the ability to "work" that way, so to speak!
