hello! so I've been stalking around this game for awhile and I have a sort of...specific-ish question?

I am looking to app here and intended the reincarnation version of Kotetsu here to be a police officer in Locke City, but from the recent NPC post it sounds like the police are in on the whole invasion issue to some extent or another. Would there be some way to get around that (i.e. only the top brass know) or should I have him recently moved into the city or??
