For mod apps, any chance you'll have separate slots for "helper mods" and "app mods" for people who may be too busy to do full on mod duties but still want to help? We're talking about it over on plurk! Like helper mods could do list management and html while app mods do apps. Then you have the two fellow full mods. Also, it's a nice thing to fall back on if no one apps as full mod. At least you'll still have "helper mods" and "app mods."
