I do think it was made in error especially since you provided no specific reason as to why. Especially after waiting so long in the first place. I'm aware that I'm bad at writing apps but usually people tell me why they reject me when they do so I can fix it. The fact that this is such a generic rejection message with little context is very troubling to me. Especially when other rejection notes include at least a little reasoning as to why and what to fix.
