We appreciate the enthusiasm, but unfortunately this was a Rejection, and not a Revision request. You will have to reapply via the usual way. However, it might benefit you to sit on it a few days and make sure you have reworked it thoroughly. If you rush, some things can slip you by, and it would really be bummer to get another rejection which can't be looked at again.
