We're sorry that you're having trouble, and if any incidents of rulebreaking have occurred, please don't hesitate to contact the mod team with the details - myself being the primary contact for such things, though you can obviously contact Kira or Sandy if you'd prefer. We take complaints of this nature very seriously, but without specifics I'm afraid there isn't really much we can do.
If you do choose to contact us privately, you can do so via the individual channels linked above or via a PM to the mod account (we recommend these avenues simply because replies to a screened anon comment have to be public, and we don't want to compromise any complainant's privacy).
Thanks!

Regarding AC, we were actually working on trying to make it less intimidating (we were mainly looking into clarifying what we're looking for and perhaps lowering the requirements) so thank you for your input, it helped our decision to lower requirements - not as much as you suggested, but we do believe that the game is still large enough to justify an AC of three threads under the now clarified conditions.
Regarding the second matter that you addressed - that it harder now to get involved with the main plot of the game due to the game having slowed down (? - did we read that correctly?). Could you please tell us why? We'd like to keep the main plot as accessible as possible, so we'd really appreciate if you could expand on that.
Thank you for contacting us!
