Hello!

We're sorry that you're having trouble, and if any incidents of rulebreaking have occurred, please don't hesitate to contact the mod team with the details - myself being the primary contact for such things, though you can obviously contact Kira or Sandy if you'd prefer. We take complaints of this nature very seriously, but without specifics I'm afraid there isn't really much we can do.

If you do choose to contact us privately, you can do so via the individual channels linked above or via a PM to the mod account (we recommend these avenues simply because replies to a screened anon comment have to be public, and we don't want to compromise any complainant's privacy).
