Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

... HMMM. Okay, given that it's very powerful, I'd also suggest that if/when she learns (via echoes) how to use it, it's in gradual increments so that she doesn't leap ahead of other characters too much in terms of power, or else that her ability to use it and the power of the thing itself both return concurrently (again via a series of echoes). Would that work for you?

I actually had the plan going as long as possible with her only knowing a single impractically powerful spell that can blow up buildings, but nothing for in-between situations. While very powerful, it's not very useful since she can't use it without causing MASSIVE collateral damage which her fellow reincarnates would frown on.

But if you'd rather I can have her remember something else for now and play with this idea later in the game.

While impractical and not something she'd use, it still seems like an outlier to what we've been trying to keep as a level playing field. From that standpoint, I'm inclined to stick to my guns as far as a gradual return of power is concerned— or, as you said, her regaining the item but it just being a paperweight for a while.

If you'd prefer her getting a memory in place of that, though, that's fine! Just let me know which you're choosing and the limitations of it.

I still do want to do the one horribly ridiculous spell thing, but how about I just do that later, and for now have her next echo be:

Reason for Echo: Intently observing all the various magic statues in the museum, here.
What is returned: A couple of various attempts (some successful, some not) at stealing "borrowing" spellbooks from the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

By "intently observing" do you mean "touching" or just "hanging around looking at?" From your link it seems like the latter, but I wanted to check first.

In that case, please pick just one attempt to steal borrow spellbooks. Echoes unfortunately do not provide bundled memories.

I can't point out one particular instance of this, as it's just something that is word of god stated that she regularly does inbetween games, but sure, one attempt to steal borrow some spellbooks from the Scarlet Devil Mansion library. We'll say this one was a successful attempt.
