Echo Requests (retired)
Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.
As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.
Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Character: Riku
Reason for Echo: Staying at the museum for over an hour and posting to the "Let's Negotiate" board (I posted to the event thread a while back, but please let me know if more needed!)
What is returned:
+1 High Jumps/Leg strength- Riku's not exactly sure what happened, but he's gradually been getting a lot more air than he'd previously even thought possible. He doesn't feel any different, but his leg/thigh muscles seem tighter/more developed than he remembers.
+1 Cure/Cura/Curaga - He's not aware of it/know how to use it, but over the course of a week, he's gotten back his ability to use Cure spells- with a limit of one to three shots (depending on the strength of the spell) before completely exhausting him, building up stamina with successive use or over time. Since there's usually no need for healing magic in daily life, it may only get pulled out once there is a need for it or when he comes into contact with someone who does.
Please let me know if adjustments necessary. c: I can... possibly use two echoes for heals or something if needed. @A@

For the Echo, would you prefer the high jumps, or the healing spells? If the latter, would it be acceptable to grant it in stages (I would assume we'd have to start with simply Cure at this point, and grant Cura and Curaga with a later Echo), and what would the effects and limitations be like?

Since it might be needed for the latest plot event, I'd like the cure spell to be limited by stamina- it would heal relatively minor flesh wounds with each use of the spell, e.g. burns and cuts, and reapplication would be possible. He would have gained the ability last May 31, just unaware of it, so I think by the time of the plot event, Riku's stamina may hold out for about 3-5 uses if that's acceptable.
And qq: I'm aaalso not sure but since hooded people in caves and doors/keys/lights are part of Riku's canon, would this be enough to trigger a canon reoccurence or no? c:
