Echo Requests (retired)
Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.
As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.
Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

Character: Romsca/Stella
Reason for Echo: giggle water
What is returned: There is now a small tattoo on her left front paw, on the main pawpad. Considering her paws are pretty tiny (no more than a couple of inches big), she's probably going to be the only one who notices it for the longest time. She has many, many more tattoos coming up in her future hueheuheuheu
Reason for Echo: forgot to pick up an echo for this encounter whoops
What is returned: The tune to a traditional corsair shanty. Specifically, the shanty that you sing when you want to challenge someone to a fight to the death. She won't remember the lyrics, but it's a pretty bouncy tune!
Character: Mezool/Azure
Reason for Echo: giggle water
What is returned: three of these. These are Cell Medals, which make up a Greeed's body like a blood or muscle cell would for a human being. As Azure is not a Greeed yet, these have no real powers or significance.
Character: Sora/Skyler
Reason for Echo: giggle water
What is returned: A memory of some jackass tossing him a paopu fruit, along with him hearing himself say the words, "A paopu fruit?"
Reason for Echo: LINING UP THE PIECES YOURS AND MINE OR SMTH
What is returned: A memory of Kairi giving him the Oathkeeper in the first game, along with her saying, "Take this." [ LEANS OVER WITH HER HANDS ON HER HIPS ] "It's my lucky charm. Be sure to bring it back to me." If it's possible, I'd also like him to remember a few more seconds more into the conversation so we can squeeze in the fact that he promised to bring it back, but that is not necessary at all.

However, on the last, what exactly would the link be between the story and Sora receiving the Oathkeeper from Kairi?

If that's still too much of a stretch, it can just be straight up him remembering being told that exact same story because of the same heart connection. (i.e. He hadn't actually been told the story, but he remembers it because Kairi's heart was inside his own heart and she remembered hearing it.)
