Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

What is returned: this memory, speaking of lights. the memory of piloting the unicorn to haul an entire spaceship into orbit. the things that will stand out most to him are the, 'return to the sky, banagher' line, and the light itself, which he described as 'warm' later on.

and to tie into it, the ability to sense the deceased along with the living, as the next step of his newtype development. the two figures who appeared before the light show were two pilots banagher had witnessed die -- one who sacrificed himself for him, and one who he accidentally shot down himself. he won't be able to use their souls or willpower for anything like in the memory, where the psycoframe of his gundam helped him turn those into physical energy, but if there end up being any ghosties hanging about, he'll start to be able to realize they're there, as he currently does with normal people.

What is returned: John will remember a certain hospital stay during which he ends up feeding off of an old love in order to heal from (and therefore survive) being staked in the chest and then proceeds to angst over it, despite said former love interest giving herself up to him freely. As for the ability, he will be regaining some of his former healing ability--just enough to patch up flesh wounds. His healing is not instantaneous, but it is noticeably faster than that of a normal human.

Reason for Echo: Coming home and seeing that Anthony has become a very definite zombie, instead of just a kid who is probably really sickly.
Type and tier: Tier 1, memory.
What is returned: He remembers Sasha, a zombie who ended up on his doorstep one night after following his flatmate Annie, who had been out for a stroll in the bar/clubbing district. John won't really remember much beyond that aside from the fact that he was hit on by a zombie.

What is returned: Once upon a time, a young woman he turned into a vampire was forced to make what essentially amounts to vampire porn and said porn eventually ended up being watched by Mitchell. John will be getting that dvd and all the vampire-y porn contained within.

Reason for Echo: Once again gazing upon some mysterious pink lights in the night sky (...while holding this thing).

What is returned:
Part 1- Her 'Galestrike' ability from FFXIII-2. Essentially this is an air-based magic attack that is specifically stated to do physical damage; whenever she strikes at something with a weapon, it causes a flurry of wind that may also cut into the target once strong enough (in addition to, you know, blowing everything around in front of her). As with her Thunder spells, this will slooowly grow in potential strength over time and/or with each magic-y Echo she gains in the future.
Part 2- A little bit of basic sword-smarts to help her with the above and that gunblade she already has. Of course... said gunblade is still too heavy for her, so she continues to be sort of out of luck. She could probably use a regular sword or a pool noodle or whatever, but this new inherent skill will still be gunblade-based so yeah.

What is returned: To hit when Alex and Julien follow the buzzing, Julien gets sick, and they have to be quarantined: a memory and physical echo from The Sickness, where Ax was afflicted with an Andalite disease that caused him to lose control of his morphing, and eventually required brain surgery. Since Alex is still mostly human, it will be toned down to a severe case of the flu, with a high fever and delirium, but the lack of control over morphing will still be in effect. Since this can be a double whammy due to the event, can he also get his stalk eyes when the illness first hits? (Like the tail, he'll eventually be able to control when they appear, but not at first.)

Before stamping formal approval, to clarify! Will this be two separate Echoes, in that case, with two separate triggers - one from making it to the tower and one in canon parallel? In that case it ought to do nicely to grant him the stalk eyes from reaching the tower and the Tier 2 Echo associated with Ax's illness from the canon parallel, if it's in line with what you had in mind!

Reason for Echo: [Plot] The pink lights in the sky.
Type and tier: T1: Item
What is returned: Rikka's Cure Lovies, a small golden pin she and the other DDPC girls have. By itself it's largely uninteresting; the pins effectively "choose" a Cure candidate, and they seem to briefly drown in them the first time they're given one. It also has the power to protect its bearer from certain specific ailments caused by Selfishness; namely, it prevents infection by a certain ailment the enemy group gains access to mid-season. Oh, and it's the "key" that lets Rikka transform into Cure Diamond via Raquel. Winter at best will suspect it from past Echoes, and Raquel can't assume the correct form yet anyway. That comes later.

Reason for Echo: [Recurrence] When the fainting spells start later this week, Winter will be experiencing something not unlike a recent event in Rikka's canon - the bad guys develop a tree that plants seeds of selfishness in people's Psyches (hearts), initially causing them to fall into a coma, but later (theoretically) causing them to turn into the monsters Rikka and her team normally fight en masse. The team narrowly evades this fate, as a side effect of a last-minute powerup. Winter herself will be trying to shake her classmates back to full consciousness, to no avail.
Type and tier: T2: Memory + Memory
What is returned: Winter gets two related memories out of this, which are so close I'd call them a single memory, but they're long enough (and notable enough) I'm going to count it as two. She and the rest of her team are watching a report on the TV about mass fainting in town, which turns serious as the girls watch people collapse on the screen, including the reporter, cameraman, and studio newscaster; they're able to see odd black orbs enter the victims just before they collapse. There's a thud behind them; they'd been just about to sit down to dinner with their collective parents and guardians, but all of them have fallen into comas, and no amount of shaking or calling wakes them. While Mana's worrying over her mother, one of the black orbs tries to hit her, which Rikka notices far too late to do anything about... and then her Lovies shines, she shines, and the orb pops. The girls immediately conclude the Loview protected her... and that's all Winter gets to see. She doesn't get any knowledge of what the orbs were or who the other girls were; Rikka was far too busy worrying over her mother to pay them much attention.

Reason for Echo: [Plot] Tuning Towers investigation.
Type and tier: T1: Pet > Power
What is returned: Guess who's going to be able to fly again? Raquel's getting his flight back, and with it his independent movement capacity in general. While he prefers to stay with Winter (as his original did with Rikka), sometimes circumstances dictate he be somewhere either, either to investigate something while she's tied up (usually at school), or when she's afraid he might slip up and betray his decided lack of being inanimate. Winter is much less inclined to let him go off on his own, but if the need arises, she'll let him go off somewhere. Raquel has no way to communicate with Winter while he's away, short of finding a way to dial and use a phone somewhere (or going through another network member). If he tries to leave Locke (or rather, the effect radius from the Tuning Towers), he'll be unsummoned and reappear by Winter's side shortly thereafter, severely disoriented. Anything he was holding drops to the ground, so he can't use this as an out for fetch quests. Raquel also can't carry heavy weights; at most, we're talking a few pounds, maybe fifteen or twenty if he's really pushing it. Raquel's walk speed is about half Winter's; his fly speed is about twice Winter's walk speed; it's magical flight, so there's no visual or auditory tell he's in motion, other than that he's moving, but he still can't go through a storm without either getting blown away or possibly needing repairs. All this information will go into a separate panel on Winter's info sheet for him. (At some point, a certain Echo for Raquel will probably necessitate I turn him into a discrete character combo-apped with Winter. That... will be later.)

In regards to the second, however, resemblance between the proposed trigger and the events that'd be shown in the Echo might not be quite enough for a Tier 2, as civilians will not be fainting rather than spacing out - nonetheless they'll be becoming less responsive/reactive. Might we request choice between or simplification of the two memories requested for a Tier 1?

What is returned: In canon, Kanaya is a rainbow drinker, which is sort of like a troll vampire, though exactly how much she falls into the undead category is still up for debate. I'm looking to slowly restore her abilities over a long period of time. For this echo, I'm aiming for the following:

=> Ability: Her hunger for troll blood. It's actually a rather ingrained part of her physiology, implied when she actually purchase blood from Evil!Jane when she has the opportunity, and for stupid amounts of money too. I'm assuming that this hunger will come with the ability to process blood as nutrients, but if it doesn't feel free to let me know.

=> Physical: Kanaya has a glow that she can turn on and off and Kanti's second echo was actually patches of glowing skin gained from drinking the tainted water. They're at her elbows and knees, and I want them to spread up from her knees to mid-thigh, and down from her elbows to mid-forearm.
