Please fill out this form when requesting an Echo, then post it to this entry. The request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

When requesting an Echo induced by a past-life parallel/recurrence, please demonstrate clearly the similarity between the events, as well as the relation between the events and what is returned.

As of September 2013, Tier 2 Echoes can be granted once a month per character. Take care to specify the limitations and/or level of detail to the Echo requested! If you are unsure, suggestions will be gladly offered.

Reason for Echo: What caused the Echo, whether it be by a plot-related trigger or a canon recurrence. For the latter, this must be unusual enough to have been the first time the character has encountered it within Locke City, and strongly resemble a specific event from canon. Picking up a jug of milk from the store will not cause an Echo if it isn't any different than the times the character has done it before.
Type and tier: Physical change, power/ability, mental/memory, or item/creature. Tier 1 are the regular Echoes, and are typically a single memory/ability/item/etc. Tier 2 are essentially two regular Echoes rolled into one, such as an item and a memory or ability associated with it, or two directly-related memories, or so on. Currently only one Tier 2 Echo is allowed per month, so please be sure to note them somehow on your info posts.
What is returned: In the case of canon recurrences, these must be directly related to what has caused the Echo. Stronger recurrences = stronger Echoes.

He also remembers another person being there at the fight, and the way the arena looks - the interior of the Olympus Coliseum, to be exact - but mostly, his attention will be on fighting and beating her before turning to fight his next opponent... He also gets the feeling that this is a tournament, not to the death!

Reason for Echo: FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT PT 2 - Rita just used a fire spell on him!

What is returned: Since it's a real, honest to goodness fire spell, I don't feel bad about giving him his fire spell up to the level Fira now! If that won't work, just Fire will be fine. UuU For reference, I like to think that Fire could completely burn up a barstool, and Fira could engulf a dinner table. Firaga could catch the entire living room on fire in one go!

Reason for Echo: BLOOD KEYS ENCOUNTER or, well, Skyler.
Type and tier: Tier 2, item and memory.
What is returned: Yoko is getting back her Gobusters uniform jacket! It's black and yellow with like a million pockets and etc. She'll also be getting back the memory of the mission that goes with that jacket: saving her mother from someone named 'Messiah'. There will be a very heavy association of her mother being her only family, and an immense feeling of loss she doesn't understand.

Reason for Echo: A conversation with Jin about the details of his initial echo and the subsequent echo about Enetron from Cain (which they'll be getting to in a log from the beginning of the month).
Type and tier: Tier 1, memory
What is returned: Yoko will remember Enetron: more specifically, she'll recall that it's a superpowered energy source her whole world uses to power, well, everything.

What is returned: Beginning of his Sentinel abilities (ie. power to take ridiculous amounts of damage).

It's at low levels right now and mainly just means he'll be able to take hits really well and can keep going even beyond the normal threshold of pain and injury. Bones are less likely to be broken and it's harder to knock him unconscious (it can be done, it just takes more tries/effort than normal). He still bruises and bleeds like normal and the pain is still very much the same. This only counts for attacks like fists and blunt-force weapons. Guns, blades, magic, etc aren't affected.

What is returned: A more heightened ability to Guard when he's got a weapon - instead of moving like a self-taught amateur to guard, he now moves to block attacks like a pro. He still can't exactly see moves coming in from behind, but it's better than flailing around trying to hope he'll just happen to defend himself.

The ring itself was requested as a winter bonus Echo - and thus would be expected to be of fairly trivial importance, including as a potential Echo trigger.

They've already both deduced that they're from a futuristic world, and she has something of an on-going theory that their worlds are either 1) extremely similar, or 2) exactly the same--the first option being more accurate.

Luci might not remember the significance that Aatrox would have, but she would certainly be able to remember him from that depiction.

What is returned: Reimu ignoring a major disturbance only to decide to get involved in it after it starts to personally effect her is a reflection of how she tended to handle incident resolving in canon. So she will remember, at least partly, what her job was back in her previously, which in some way involved keeping balance between opposing forces.

Reason for Echo: This entire conversation with Anthony.

What is returned: Her talking about pummeling the Blood Keys into submission (her favorite method of solving incidents) and her brushing off Anthony's insistence that the echos are important by pointing out how that doesn't make them any less of a pain (her general attitude towards her job) are both canon recurrences related to her job from the previous echo. She's going to remember that her job back in her previous life usually involved going out and beating up whoever upset that balance. She will also remember that she disliked her job, but did it anyway because it was vitally important in some way and couldn't really be ignored.
